YeeScan POS app is a smart point of sale system built for your business usages, it works seamlessly with all the hardwares, such as, POS Terminal, Cash drawer, Scanner, and Printer etc.
YeeScan app is designed for your customers, it run all our LeanServices on your customers mobile devices.
Your customers are connected to your business through our LeanServces, sending you the orders, reservations, managing coupons & queuing, and much more functions with more LeanServices to come.
Getting Started
The easiest way to register an account is to directly fill the sign up form within the app at main menu (Left-up corner) -> Sign up. Alternatively, you can also sign up at yeescan.com or yeescanpos.com. After receiving a notification email, you need to activate your account through the link within the email.
All users install the same YeeScan POS software system, however, different membership plans provide different level of services and features. Every newly activated YeeScan POS system come with a free basic MobileMenu member plan, which doesn’t need to apply separately. More details, click Here.
After activating your account, you can lick on the POS tab in YeeScan POS app, then follow the steps promoted to establish your own free mobilemenu business service.
Alternatively, you can login to yeescan.com, activate your mobilemenu LeanService at user center.
When your new mobilemenu service is ready, we recommend you to setup the business back-end through a PC, although the business back-end is also accessible from YeeScan POS mobile app’s business dashboard page.
At yeescan.com -> user center -> Lean Services -> My Lean Services, activate your mobilemenu LeanService (if not activated already) then click on the manage button to access your business back-end on PC.
After setting up your business locations(Multiple Locations supported), categories available at each location, and items within each categories, your own service will be ready for basic functions such as taking order from both you (through YeeScan POS app) and your customers (through YeeScan app) .

At your MobileMenu business back-end, open the Shop -> General -> Options page, click within the “Accepted Currency” input field area, select a new currency to add into the accepted currency list. Then, pick one of the accepted currency as the default currency.
Basic Information
YeeScan POS is a completely free app to install from iTunes or Google Play. A basic MobileMenu membership plan is also free for android users. The more powerful paid membership plans are available at here (Membership Plans). iOS users have free trial of our standard MobileMenu membership plan.

To enjoy the full benefits, we highly recommend you use our double-screen point of sale terminals which are designed and built with cutting edge technology & high standards to ensure quality and high performance.
Yes, the system has an offline mode to cope with internet disconnection, most basic functions can run without internet for few weeks. However, the system need to be setup first with internet connection, and since YeeScan POS is designed to benefit your business with the latest mobile technologies. We highly suggest using the system with a good internet connection.

LeanServices™ are a pool of mobile internet utilities that are readily available for businesses. A business can cherry-pick lean services that are deemed to add value to its operation. By simply scanning the unique QR code from the business’s Public Portal using YeeScan App, any end user can realize the value offered by adopted lean services, without the need for installing them.
